Apex Energy Advisory is an independent firm advising on the development, financing and operation of thermal power generation.
The practice was built around more than twenty years of engineering and commercial work on gas fired, combined cycle and cogeneration assets. That experience covers the whole life of a project: technology selection, gas supply and offtake, grid access, construction contracts, financing and operation.
Independence is structural rather than stated. Apex holds no interest in equipment, fuel supply or financing, and takes no fees from third parties. Work is carried out by the advisor who takes the mandate, and conclusions are set out plainly, including when they are unwelcome.
